On the Account Summary page, go to the “Select an Action” menu and choose “Direct Deposit Form.” Or, go to “Settings” and choose “Add a Direct Depositor.”
Follow the step-by-step instructions to select and add your depositors. If you don’t see your depositor, you can always use the manual process to add them.
Once you fill in all the details and submit your request you get to sit back and relax. We’ll take over and work with depositors to get everything set up for you.

Not all depositors
are eligible or can be found online. No worries though, we’ll give you a link to our direct
deposit form which you can fill out and submit to your depositor directly to complete the
switch. It’s not usually a problem - the majority of depositors are in our database and we
add new ones every day.

check the status of your requests and view existing linked accounts any time online.
You can see all
direct deposits into your account on the mobile app, but right now you can only make and
edit ClickSWITCH requests through online banking on your desktop or mobile web browser.
It typically takes
5 to 15 days depending on the depositor but we’ll let you know as soon as it’s done! You can
also check the status of all your requests through online banking.
